The Yummy Yank Baker of all kinds of American desserts from Red Velvet Cake to New York Cheesecake to Pecan Pie bars and anything you can imagine! I am not a cake decorator!

I am an American living in the UK since 1997. I am passionate about many things, but have taken my passion of food from a hobby to a profession 16 years ago. The Yummy Yank is my business dedicated to the baking of homemade American desserts, doing festivals (when able) up and down the country.
