A bit of a reflection this Sunday Morning,
This year we have been open 30 YEARS !!! honestly cant believe it, the things these walls have seen, the laughs we have had, and tears and dramas !!, but overall we have built a Family Tree ( as i like to call it) , our staff over the 30 Years are more like family than staff, we spend hours day ,night and day after day with them, for some its the first jobs , so a lot of training and if they stay they learn A LOT of life skills, and i do believe when they flee the nest, they will become so successful. We truly care about them all!. We've made some amazing friendships with customers , residents and again some are like our family who we see a few times a year. its been a real roller coaster, 30 years seems along time but it has also flown by, we've had children and families who have had to get into the swing of shifts nights weekends , just our norm, which is different for everyone, anyway some ressies are down so best go, but just a massive thankyou to all our staff and customers over the years the continued support is amazing, and good luck to all our uni students who have left for uni and also a couple of staff who have now found their forever jobs !! cant wait for when you all pop in to say hello or when we can have a b**r together !! reflection done!! now back to work ### (sorry about the grammer just rushing a bit ) .
