Introducing Tacologyā€¦

Every idea starts from somewhere, right?

The biggest selling item on our sister venue, The Bottle Bank - Bar and Kitchen menu is, and always has been, their 24 hour smoked brisket tacos. So we thought weā€™d borrow that, add to it and take it on the road!

On our truck youā€™ll find:

24 hour Smoked Brisket
Slow cooked Lamb Birria
Chicken Adobo
Oyster Mushroom Birria (our vegan option)

Pair any topping with either taco, nachos or chips and youā€™ve got yourself a glorious treat for your tastebuds.

Our tacos are made from corn so are naturally gluten free and we donā€™t fry anything other than chips so theyā€™re gluten free, too.
