What a beautiful venue to serve from, with a brilliant atmosphere — and we’ve got to say, the b**r was fresh, cold and absolutely amazing! 🍻 The perfect partner for some Big Bee’s street food! 🌮🔥

Thank you to the whole team at the brewery for making us feel so welcome, and to everyone who came along and supported two local businesses. It genuinely means so much to us. ❤️

There’s something pretty special about serving our street food right here in Bewdley, and we can’t wait to bring the Big Bee’s buzz to such a great local venue. 💛🖤

With brilliant customer service skills and a friendly face, she’s a big part of making the Big Bee’s experience about more than just great food.

Time to meet Jordan — aka J Dawg! 😎🐝

Jordan is our all-rounder in the Hive. You might find him helping Scotty with the cooking or out front serving our lovely customers.

Cooking is actually Jordan’s day job, so he certainly knows his way around a kitchen! 👨‍🍳🔥 But when it comes to Big Bee’s, he joins the Hive for the fun of it and to support his best friend, Scotty, and his vision for the business. ❤️

🍔 Favourite Big Bee’s item: The Big Bee — loaded with lettuce, cheese and burger sauce. A solid choice! 🤤

Whether he’s behind the grill or at the counter, J Dawg is always ready to jump in wherever he’s needed.

We’re a friendly, independent street-food business serving big flavours from deliberately small, fast-moving menus, helping us keep queues moving while serving fresh food cooked on-site.

From smash burgers and loaded hotdogs to smash tacos, loaded fries, breakfasts and more, we can tailor what we serve to suit your event and your crowd.

Steph is Scotty’s partner in crime and the one helping to keep everything buzzing behind the scenes!

From booking our events and keeping everything organised, to taking your orders and serving you at the Hive — Steph gets stuck into a bit of everything.

Friendly, chatty and always up for a natter, she loves meeting our customers and shares Scotty’s passion for serving fantastic, tasty food. ❤️

❤️ Outside the Hive: Steph is mum to a little 3-year-old who is already one of Big Bee’s smallest (and possibly cutest!) food critics. Her favourite is The Little Bee Burger! 🍔🐝

You’ll mainly find Scotty behind the grill, doing what he loves most — cooking up a storm! But don’t be surprised if you catch him chatting away to customers too. He loves meeting the people who come to support Big Bee’s and talking all things food!

🐝 BIG BEE’S ON TOUR! 🐝

Today Big Bee’s Catering swapped the gazebo for a day out at the Booker Foodservice Trade Show 2026 at the Birmingham NEC! 🙌

We were lucky enough to be invited along, so myself and Steph — aka THE BOSS 😂 — headed up to see what was happening.

We had a brilliant day meeting suppliers, chatting with other people in the industry, checking out new products and, most importantly… sampling plenty of food! 👀🌮🍔

Safe to say we didn’t come home empty handed either… Steph appears to have taken the term “free samples” as some sort of personal challenge. 😂🛍️

We’ve come away with loads of ideas, new products to try and plenty of inspiration for Big Bee’s.

Days like this are a great reminder that there’s always something new to learn — and you never know what might end up appearing on a future Big Bee’s menu… 👀🐝
