The top area is not a playground. Please don’t allow children to run around or play up there, especially unaccompanied.

Having reviewed the cameras from this weekend, we’ve seen some behaviour that could easily have resulted in a serious injury. We don’t want to wait for someone to get hurt before saying something.

Children are more than welcome at the Charter, we’ve invested in the new garden with families in mind. But please use the designated play area and make sure children are supervised throughout your visit.

We want everyone to enjoy themselves and get home safely. Thanks for understanding.
