A new sign. A new chapter.

Today, Aries Fish & Chips officially found its place in Ickenham.

Behind this sign are months of planning, refurbishing and countless hours spent making sure every detail is right.

Because when you finally walk through our doors, we want you to experience fish & chips that have been worth the wait.

A huge thank you to for bringing our vision to life. They’ve done an incredible job and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

This sign isn’t the finish line.

It’s another step towards opening a fish & chip shop that we hope Ickenham will be proud to call its own.

We’re now aiming to open on Saturday 19th July.

The countdown is on.

The heart of every great fish & chip shop is its frying range.

Before we serve our first customer, we wanted to make sure the most important piece of equipment in the shop was exactly as it should be.

Our frying range has now been fully serviced, professionally cleaned and is ready for Ickenham.

We chose to keep this range for one simple reason: it cooks fish the way we believe it should be cooked.

While many newer machines are built for speed, this range allows us to cook every piece of fish gently and with care, helping us achieve the light, crispy batter and delicate flakes we’re aiming for.

That philosophy has guided every decision we’ve made.

If it isn’t right, it isn’t ready.

That’s why our opening has taken a little longer than we’d hoped. We could have rushed it, but we believe Ickenham deserves better than that. Every detail has been checked, cleaned, serviced and prepared so that, from day one, we can serve fish & chips we’re proud to put our name to.

We’re now on the final stretch and are aiming to open on Sunday 19th July.

Thank you for your patience and support while we’ve been getting everything ready.

Ickenham, we can’t wait to welcome you.

ICKENHAM, SOMETHING SPECIAL IS COMING.

Many of you have already noticed the changes taking place and stopped by to ask when we’re opening.

We’re excited to announce that the shop will soon reopen as Aries Fish & Chips.

For over 50 years, our family has been serving fish & chips. It’s a trade we’ve grown up in, and one we’re passionate about.

Now we’re bringing that experience to Ickenham.

Expect fresh fish prepared daily, British potatoes chipped on site, proper portions and food cooked with care.

But Aries is about more than great fish & chips.

We want to become part of the community, support local events, get to know our customers and create a fish & chip shop that Ickenham can be proud to call its own.

We’re busy preparing everything behind the scenes and will announce our opening date soon.

We can’t wait to welcome you.
