Well, I never thought I’d be writing this… but I finally caved and had a carvery at The Red Lion, Hockwold in Hockwold. 😅

Now, anyone who knows me knows I usually avoid carveries like the plague. The meat is always sad and theres not a good roastie in sight! I like my roast dinners at home and I’m notoriously hard to please when it comes to them!

But credit where it’s due…this one was actually bloody good. Plenty of choice, everything was cooked well, and I left absolutely stuffed. 🍽️

Consider me reluctantly converted… guess Jake will be setting us more Sundays #! 🤣

After this week’s Eton Mess Cheesecake sell-out success, I’ve stocked more in the shop today! Made with the most beautiful, sweet and juicy strawberries from Wilton Farm, they’re the perfect treat for a sunny (or damp) June day.

I’ve also topped up the shelves with:

Made with beautiful strawberries home grown on Wilton Farm, these little pots of summer are packed with creamy cheesecake, sweet strawberry goodness and all the flavours of a classic Eton Mess.

Perfect for a midweek treat, a pudding you don’t have to share, or simply because the sun is shining and you deserve cheesecake! ☀️🍓

Be quick though… these have a habit of disappearing faster than I can make them!
