More stock has arrived. We have restocked the BARON BIGOD TRUFFLED and added to our range with the addition of:
Pate with WILD BOAR AND COGNAC,
BLACKY HAM, this smoked ham is from Germany. It is smoked over Beechwood chippings and is famous for its unique, smoky flavour.
ASHMORE FARMHOUSE cheese. A naturally rinded cheddar-style cheese matured for at least 6 months. A deep, rich, strong taste that lingers.

With Father's Day a few days away, here's an idea๐Ÿ’ก

Pop into Blasus Deli, select a hamper (we have various sizes), and create a really personal gift of some of Dad's favourite things, such as; Cheeses, Charcuterie, Crackers, ChilliJam, Hot Honey Sauce, Olives, Patรฉ, Sundried Tomatoes, Pickled Onions in Balsamic Vinegar and maybe leave some space for a bottle of his favourite tipple?

I haven't showed you much of the charcuterie that we sell, so let me introduce you to a few for now;

Speck Alto Adige
This is produced below the Alps in the beautiful Vinshgau Valley and is a Tyrolean speciality, rubbed in spices and herbs then beechwood smoked before curing for at least 22 weeks.

DOP (Protected Designation of Origin, this guarantees that the product was processed and packaged exclusively in the area it states it is from) Parma Ham Eccellenze. Cured for 30 months, it is tender and sweet, a delicate explosion of flavour. Italian Pork and Sea Salt, that's it!

DOP Prosciutto di San Daniele. A prestigious Italian dry-cured ham made only from Italian Pork leg and sea salt. It is aged for 16-18 months and has a sweet, delicate flavour. Excellent with fresh figs, melon or mild cheeses.
