| Loads of change for us at the moment! I’ve personally been mostly hands off for a few days moving to a new area, and despite all efforts, I don’t think it’s possible to make moving into a new home a less chaotic experience. Back in office today to a huge list of jobs, so started with a morning run to explore the local routes.

It’s Elderflower season btw, and there’s LOADS of it around if you keep your eyes peeled. I grabbed some to make a syrup with; if you want an entire good time, throw it with some stewed strawberries or rhubarb in a bowl with Greek yoghurt & granola. Joy for days 🍓
~
The business is also about to go through its own period of change. More to come on that!

| We’re mega excited for this. I’ve always felt like if we can serve a house espresso that people can rely on 7 days a week, a guest espresso that can blow someone’s mind on how a flat white can taste like dessert, a batch brew to convert the black coffee drinkers away from long blacks, and a retail section to get our guests drinking great coffee at home, I’d be chuffed. We’ve been doing all of them for years now, apart from the guest espresso…..It’s now here, and we couldn’t be starting with a better coffee for it.

Introducing Nemba Natural ~ Sweeter & more fruity than our house. As a flat white, think strawberry yoghurt.
~
Blossom have been sourcing coffee from Nemba washing station since they began in 2020 and return each Spring to order as much as they can.
~
We’ll be kicking this off from Wednesday, so let us know your thoughts on it!
