You asked and we made it happen with the support of our amazing volunteers. Please contact Catherine to secure your place. This is a pilot scheme and if popular more journeys could be added.

Happy Make a Difference Day!

Henfield shines because people take action — big and small — to support each other.

Do one thing today that makes someone’s day brighter.
Then tell us what you did.
Kindness is contagious.

A Heartfelt Thank You for Volunteers’ Week

To all our incredible volunteer organisations across Henfield - Thank you.

For every hour given, every smile shared, every lift offered, every event supported, every neighbour helped, and every moment you’ve stepped forward to make our village stronger.

Henfield is the community it is because of you — the groups who quietly, consistently, and passionately give your time, skills, and heart. Whether you support older residents, run youth activities, protect our green spaces, organise events, offer companionship, teach new skills, or simply show up when someone needs a hand… your impact is felt every single day.

During Volunteers’ Week, the Henfield Community Partnership and Henfield Parish Council want to say a collective, heartfelt thank you.
Your dedication keeps our village connected, compassionate, and full of life. You make Henfield a place where everyone belongs.

We are grateful for you and we celebrate everything you do — not just this week, but all year round.

With sincere thanks,
Henfield Community Partnership & Henfield Parish Council

Happy Volunteers’ Week!
Henfield is powered by people who give their time, skills and smiles — and today we celebrate YOU.

If you volunteer, drop a comment and tell us what you do.
If you’ve been thinking about getting involved, now’s the moment. There’s a role for every personality, every schedule, every ability.

Small acts. Big impact. Huge heart.

*⚽️ REFEREES NEEDED THIS WEEKEND ⚽️*

Henfield FC Youth Tournament is taking place this weekend and we are urgently looking for more referees to help support the games.

We especially need help for:
📅 *Saturday 16th May – AM Session*
📅 *Sunday 17th May – AM Session*

This tournament is all about giving children aged 6–14 years the chance to enjoy the game they love in a fun and safe environment ❤️⚽
But without volunteers and referees giving up some of their time, the event simply can’t happen.

If you’re able to help referee a few games, even for part of the morning, please get in touch with *Simon Price directly on- 07941 305213‬*

Your support would make a huge difference to all the players, families and teams involved.
Thank you from everyone at Henfield FC 🙌
