We buy British eggs for our Granary cafe from a farm in the midlands as our local supplier has retired.
The farm regularly tests for salmonella by Defra standard
Nothing is a guarantee however just a little re -assurance we are not using imported eggs with less traceability.
Vulnerable people should still have eggs cooked to goverment guidance.
