🍲 CAWL CRAWL 2026 – COME AND FIND US AT TREGOES PANTRY! 🍲

We’d love you to make Tregroes Pantry one of your stops on the Annual Cawl Crawl Challenge on Saturday 24th October!

🏆 We’re proud to be the current winners of Best Atmosphere, and we’ve also taken home Best Cawl in previous years. So if you’re looking for great cawl in a cosy, welcoming setting, we’d love to see you!

🚗 We’re just a mile outside Fishguard at SA65 9QF – a little detour from the main route between Goodwick and Fishguard but definitely worth the trip!

Never joined in before? For just £5, you can visit all 22 venues taking part. That’s a whole lot of cawl and a brilliant excuse for a day out around North Pembrokeshire!

🎟️ Tickets and score cards can be purchased from us on the day — cash only, please.

📅 Saturday 24th October
⏰ 11am–4pm

⭐ A little bit of Tregroes love! ❤️

Thanks so much to a recent customer for leaving us a lovely 5-star Google review and sharing these photos of our food and cosy surroundings.

They enjoyed our Fishguard dish, which also received a special mention from the judges last week as part of Fishguard Bay Sustainable Food Initiative CIC.

Thanks for the support – we really appreciate it. ❤️

Fancy a visit? Come and see us at Tregroes Pantry – we’d love to welcome you!

Our ‘Fishguard Dish’ is proving very popular - why not come and try it🫶🙏🍷

🐟 Our Fishguard dish is on!

From Saturday 3rd October to Saturday 10th October, we’re serving our dish for the Fishguard Food Trail:

Herb & Lemon Crusted Cod | Pembrokeshire Potato Fondant | Buttered Local Samphire | Pea Purée | Caper & Lemon Butter.

And I can honestly say, having had the very important job of being the taster on date night… it was amazing! 😋 One of the perks of being the owner — you’ve got to make sure the food is up to scratch, haven’t you? 😉

We’ve got our full menu on too, alongside our pizzas and Sunday roast.

Come and settle into our cosy lounge, enjoy some great food and great service, and bring your friends along.

Open Saturday 3rd – Saturday 10th October (closed Monday).
