Join us for a friendly and informative Dementia Awareness Week Afternoon Tea Event ☕

Enjoy tea, treats and relaxed conversation while learning more about dementia and the support available in your community.

💬 The session will include:
• Understanding Dementia
• MCST Programme Benefits
• Q&A and community discussion

This is a welcoming space to connect, ask questions, and find out about local services for individuals and carers.

✨ All welcome – whether you’re living with dementia, supporting someone, or simply want to learn more.

💜 No pressure, just a warm welcome and helpful guidance.
