We are a Mexican Food truck that caters festivals and weddings, and we provide high quality authentic Mexican meal kits for you to heat and eat at home. Our menu changes weekly and we take orders on a preorder basis, with each menu being released on a Monday. Deliveries are Fri/ Sat within Glasgow, and we offer pickup as well.

Big news!! We will be trading at Jackton Distillery (Jackton Distillery) tomorrow, Saturday, from 10am-4pm for their Craft Market!!

It's a free event for all ages, with local makers and producers and food and drink. Come along and bring the family, and get some tasty tacos made by the taco masters themselves.

This is one of our only public events in the calendar as we have a busy season of weddings ahead, so don't miss out!!! Come down and say hi 👋

This week's meal kits are open for orders!! And boy do we have a special menu for you this week.

This week we are taking I aspiration from our namesake, the Yucatan peninsula. Dishes are Yucatecan specialties, with quite a few new member on the menu including lomitos de Valladolid (slow-cooked pork), a brand new take on our most popular corn salad, and a deliciously fresh and hearty Ante de Mango trifle for dessert.

If you're new here, our meal kits have a weekly changing menu, and can be popped in the oven to enjoy a weekend Mexican feast. Everything is made fresh before delivery, including all salsas, salad, garnished, mains, sides, spice tubs, marinades and desserts. We are an entirely from scratch kitchen, and it's two of us making magic happen each week, so your support means everything, and allows us to continue serving the best Mexican food Glasgow has to offer.

Meal kits are back next week!!

We are taking this week to regroup, do some trailer fixes and some new recipe testing.

Our head chef/manager Kim has also been studying for uni course on the side, and the final submission is this week! With two kids to entertain, time is hard to find so this week we will be tying off all the loose ends and coming back into action next week with our fabulous meal kits.

It's not too late to order one of our meal kits for delivery this weekend! Each meal kit comes with a choice of platter type (this week it's tacos, burritos or rice platters) a choice of starter, a choice of 2 (or more) main fillings, a bonus side, 3 salsas and crunchy bits to garnish. You can also add guac and chips, dessert, more tortillas or more rice. Make it yours, and feast the way you want.

Orders are open for this weeks meal kits!!

We've been off for the past few weeks but now back with a tantalising meal kit menu for you to devour. A new starter soup, new mains and all the good stuff as always. Orders are open until Wednesday 10pm on our website at www.yucataco.com/delivery-menu for deliveries this Friday and Saturday in and around Glasgow.

These kits are so easy you just pop them in the oven or on the hob and you'll have a fresh, delicious Mexican feast on your table for dinner. As always we're and have options too.

We'll be off next week (working at a wedding) and then back with meal kits for the last weekend in April so don't miss out on your feast and order yours now.
