🍋 Lemon Meringue cheesecake loaded with tangy lemon and crumbly meringue.

Both lovingly made by Nikki’s Cheesecakes, and both making “I’ll just have a coffee” a very ambitious statement. 😂☕

We’ve got delicious cheesecakes, super-thick milkshakes and warming hot chocolates—because being this frighteningly fabulous is thirsty work! 🍫☕

Don’t worry about the two witches… they don’t bite and they’re still happy to serve you!! 🧙‍♀️🧙‍♀️😂

The enormous spider on the roof? He’s our new head of web development. Absolutely useless at cutting cheesecake, though. 🕷️🤣

After another day at Marshall’s Yard, I’m absolutely delighted to share some amazing news 🥳❤️

Today I had my Food & Hygiene Inspection and I’m SO happy to announce that Nikki’s Cheesecakes has been awarded a fantastic 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food Hygiene Rating! 🎉🎉🎉

I’m incredibly proud of this achievement, especially knowing how much hard work, care and dedication goes into everything I make ❤️
