This weekend I’ll be taking Sugar & Slice Bakery to Foodies Festival Glasgow at Rouken Glen Park, definitely the biggest event I’ve taken the business to so far and I’m equal parts excited and terrified 🤣

To say we’re grateful would be an understatement.

The support shown to Sugar & Slice Bakery today was incredible. We sold out of several products throughout the day, met so many lovely customers, and were honoured to be part of such a special community event.

As a small business, days like this mean more than you’ll ever know. Every purchase, recommendation, share and kind word genuinely helps us continue growing and doing what we love.

A huge thank you to the organisers, volunteers and everyone who came along to make the day such a success.

And the best news? We’ve already secured our place for Bishopton Day 2027! 🎉

We had the honor of creating this vintage-inspired wedding cake for Mr. & Mrs. Gannon’s special day. Every detail was carefully hand-piped to bring a soft, romantic feel to their celebration.
