Whether its sausage & pulled pork from the UK, souvlaki from Greece or mici from Romania we have something for everyone. I've dreamed to own a food trailer for quite long time - not a restaurant, not pub, not a coffee shop but a food trailer, to feel the pulse of the street, to have direct contact with my customers. I am a professional chef, coming from a family of restaurateurs, with an economic/

food and hospitality college as a background, and many years of experience in flagships gastropubs of various pub chains.
