A new chapter begins, while the heart of the story remains the sameā€¦.

Weā€™re incredibly excited to share that The Bean Shed (formerly Gezā€™s Cafe) will be open for business from Monday 17th August.

First and foremost, weā€™d like to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to the existing owner Gez and all of her team, for everything they have built and for the wonderful reputation they have created. They are leaving us with some very big shoes to fill!

Weā€™re thrilled to be taking on the cafe and to become part of the local community. Weā€™ll be bringing plenty of enthusiasm, care and in the future, a few of our own ideas along the way - all whilst making sure we respect and build on what customers already love about the existing service Gez and the team have developed.

As with any new chapter, please bear with us whilst we find our feet. Weā€™ll be learning, settling in and getting to know our customers along the way, and weā€™re sure there may be the occasional wobble as we get everything running smoothly!

We canā€™t wait to welcome you back from Monday and start this exciting new journey.

Thank you for your support, patience and encouragement ā€” we really hope youā€™ll come along for the rideā€¦

Hereā€™s to a fresh new chapter ā˜•ļøšŸ„“šŸ„Ŗ

After countless butties & coffee's shared.....smiles, and conversations that warmed our hearts, itā€™s time to close this chapter. Running Gez's Cafe has been more than a business ā€” itā€™s been a community, a family, and a dream come true.

Thank you for every visit, every laugh, and every moment youā€™ve shared with us. Weā€™ll carry these memories forever, and we hope our service has left a little warmth in your hearts too." ā˜•ā¤ļø

Thank you to each and every one of our customers who have supported us through the journey of the Cafe....We would like to wish you all the best and leave you all in the capable hands of 'The Bean Shed'

A big thank you goes to the girls who have worked for me here at the cafe too, we couldn't have done it without you!!!

Here's to the next chapter.....

Love from Gez, Mother, Kate & Caz ###x

An Important Announcement

To all of our wonderful past & present customersā€¦..

It is with a very heavy heart that I share the news that Gezā€™s Cafe is changing handsā€¦.the new people shall be shadowing the girls and I to ensure a smooth transferā€¦.

This has been an incredibly difficult decision to make. As many of you know, I have two young boys and family commitments I have reached a point where I am missing out on important milestones with my boys!

I want to thank each and every one of you for your support, kindness and loyalty over the last 7.5 years. You've helped make the cafĆ© far more than just a businessā€”you've made it a community.

I will always be grateful for the friendships, memories and encouragement you've given us throughout this journey.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting our small business. It has truly meant the world.

We shall be here for a few more weeks yet so please do pop down and please support Geoff & Amy in taking over the cafe!
