We have 6 tables of 4, giving us a 24-seater dining room.

Tables will be booked on 1-hour slots, allowing us to keep the evening flowing and give as many people as possible the chance to enjoy Jamaican Night.

We also have a waiting area for anyone waiting for their table.

☀️🔥 LONG’S CAFE – OPEN TODAY FROM 8AM! 🔥☀️

We’re open from 8am today until around 4pm, but please bear with us because the weather is going to be EXTREMELY hot! 🥵

It’s forecast to reach around 38°C outside, and anyone who works in hospitality will know that our kitchen can easily reach 50°C+ in these conditions.

If it becomes too hot and unsafe for our staff, we will close early. I will not put my staff’s health or safety at risk. ❤️

🙏 Please be kind and patient with us today.
Orders may take a little longer than usual, so please allow us that extra time. We are still working hard to get your food out as quickly as we safely can.

🥗 We have a selection of cold options available today, perfect for keeping things a little lighter in this heat.

Has anyone ever experienced a full page been deleted 😕
Well i work up this morning to LONGS CAFE page completely gone couldn’t even search it on Facebook luckily I have managed to change my password and go through the settings to see deleted pages and longs cafe was there luckily you can retrieve the account if you do it within 30 day

Someone as hacked my Facebook to delete my business page I don't understand why someone would do that

Also closed today as luna is at vets sorry for any inconvenience

🕊️ LONG’S CAFE – OUR HEARTFELT CONDOLENCES 🕊️

Everyone at Long’s Cafe would like to send our deepest condolences to the families, friends and loved ones of Caven, Shea and Elliot. ❤️

There really are no words that can make sense of a loss like this. Three young lives taken far too soon, leaving behind families and friends who will now have to face unimaginable heartbreak.

From everything that has been shared about these lads, it is clear they were deeply loved, respected and cherished by the people who knew them.

Our thoughts are especially with their families at this incredibly difficult time. We hope they can find some comfort in the memories, laughter and love that these three young men left behind.

Fly high, lads. 🕊️

❤️ LONG’S CAFE – HELPING WHERE WE CAN ❤️

We’re putting this out there because we hate, absolutely hate, wasting good food. 😔

Some Sundays, unfortunately, we don’t sell all of our Sunday lunches. Because we are closed on Mondays, any suitable leftover food can’t simply be kept and used as a Monday special, which means it sometimes has to be thrown away — and that honestly goes against everything we believe in. 💔

So, if you know someone who is genuinely vulnerable, struggling, elderly, isolated, or simply in a situation where a good hot meal would really help, please get in touch with us.

Depending on what we have left, we may be able to put together a proper Sunday dinner or a meal from what we have available and help someone out rather than see perfectly good food go in the bin. ❤️

Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to offer delivery with this, as we have to pay our drivers an hourly wage as well as paying them for each individual delivery, and we simply couldn’t cover those costs on food we’re giving away.

But if you know someone who could come and collect a meal from Long’s Cafe, please message us. We’ll always do what we can when we can. ❤️

We’re a small local cafe, but we believe in looking after our community. Sometimes a hot meal can mean more to someone than people realise. 🥰
