Well that was an epic Christmas Dinner Cook off. We have provided nearly 300 meals for lots of people in need. This year has been awful for all of us. Let’s hope 2021 is much better. But please remember Jan & Feb are going to be extremely tough months for so many people so please keep giving generously to our local food banks Foyle Foodbank & The Exchange Inishowen
Big mention to LC Packaging and Billy Glenn at foyle fruits for their help with the veg. And a massive thanks to my cousin Sam Hegarty for his extremely generous donation. Such a charitable man.

Only 24 sleeps to the big day but this year will be so different for us all. Covid has destroyed business and so many people are out of work or even if your are fortunate enough to be on furlough your bills and outgoings can not be all paid with only 80% of your wages. We have teamed up with Foyle Foodbank in Derry & The Exchange Inishowen in Donegal and anybody who who needs a Christmas dinner delivered please contact one of the above. We at Coalshack want to give back to our local community and if we can make Christmas a little easier by cooking a load of nice Christmas dinners it’s the least we can do.

Hi guys I think we can all say it’s been a tough year and it’s not far away now from Christmas. My businesses have really struggled this year with Covid but Coalshack had a good summer with lots of local bbqs. So to end the year we are looking at making and delivering 300 + Christmas dinners and will distribute them through the Foyle Foodbank in Derry and The Exchange Inishowen in Donegal. Any local businesses/suppliers that can help out please send me a message. Thanks to FOYLE FRUITwho have reached out.
