…and speaking of local seafood, our Lobster Nights return next week. We’re doing it slightly different this year. Wednesday to Friday evenings, you can preorder a three course meal with a whole local lobster and frites as the main course (with garlic butter or Thermidor sauce) for £57.50. Any starter or dessert* but the lobster does have to be preordered when you book.

* (£3.00 extra for cheese or Cafe Gourmand).

Had a lot of fun making this video with the new-look Kitchen Range in Llandudno, which is a cooking fan’s paradise.

As part of the negotiations for the Bayeux Tapestry exhibition in London, it was agreed that France would temporarily lease Bob and Barbara Ross back to the UK to make an appearance. Hope you enjoy it!
