From blank white walls to The Dig blue… and this is only the beginning.

Seeing the first bit of colour go on the walls suddenly makes it all feel very real.

LOCAL MILK. BIG ADVENTURES. 🥛🦖

We're trying to keep The Dig as local as possible, right down to the milk in your coffee and our delicious milkshakes!

Meet Moos On Thames, who will be supplying the milk for The Dig Café. And here's the brilliant bit: there are ZERO miles between their cows and their pasteurisation and bottling facilities! 🐄

It doesn't get much fresher than that.

Alongside our coffee, roasted locally in Cirencester by Fire & Flow, and our own garden apples being pressed into juice by Juice Your Apples in Malmesbury, we're making a real effort to support local producers wherever we can.

Because we want The Dig to be about more than just diggers and dinosaurs. We want to champion some of the fantastic independent businesses on our doorstep, too.

And judging by the photo, even the dinosaurs approve of our choice of milk! 😂🦖

🎉 BIRTHDAY DIGS! 🚜🦖

We've had lots of messages asking whether you can celebrate a birthday at The Dig, and the answer is YES! 🥳

We're keeping things simple. Rather than traditional party packages, you can create your own Birthday Dig!

🚜 Book as many RC construction vehicles as you need for your birthday crew, subject to availability.

🎂 We'll provide a small table for you to bring along a birthday cake and celebrate together.

🦖 Want even more adventure? Add a Dino Dig session and let your little explorers uncover prehistoric fossils!

Our construction sessions last 30 minutes, so make sure you book everyone's vehicles for the same time. If you're adding Dino Dig, book your experiences one after the other.

No complicated packages. Just diggers, dinosaurs, cake and plenty of birthday fun!

We're getting ready to open The Dig, and we'd love to invite some local family content creators to join us for our launch day on 19 October! 💛

If you love discovering new places to visit with the kids, sharing family adventures or finding unusual things to do in Gloucestershire, we'd love to hear from you!

Come and be among the first to experience The Dig, take control of our realistic RC construction machinery, uncover fossils in our Dino Dig and enjoy a coffee while you're here. ☕

We're a small, independent, family-run business, and we'd love to work with local creators who can help us spread the word.

QUIET ON HERE. BUSY BEHIND THE SCENES. 🚜🦖

We've been a little quiet lately, but we promise The Dig hasn't gone anywhere!

Behind the scenes, we've been knee-deep in plans, paperwork, diggers, dinosaurs and an awful lot of coffee. ☕

We're busy putting everything in place to turn our Cirencester venue into the construction and dinosaur experience we've been dreaming about. From our themed construction pits and fossil excavation area to the finishing touches in our café, there's plenty happening!

And the really exciting bit? YOU CAN NOW BOOK YOUR DIG! 🎟️

Whether you're bringing little explorers, coming with friends or simply fancy getting behind the controls yourself, we can't wait to welcome you.
