Hello Everyone

We would like to address the recent article shared by The Packet regarding our latest rating given by the FSA.

We would like to first of all let everyone know that before this last rating we had a amazing 5 STAR rating along with incredible ratings on Google and Trust Pilot. We take our Hygiene, Safety and customer satisfaction very seriously and want to offer the best possible experience for our customers.

The main reason for this rating was because of the extractors. On our previous inspections where we received 5 STARS we was not made aware of the fact that we needed a specific extractor due to the fact we use a real charcoal grill.

Upon being informed of this we immediately started working on replacing the extractors with a new one and we are currently in the process of doing so with the company Saxty Engineering In perranporth where we have ordered the latest model and best quality extractor that costs multiple tens of thousands of pounds.

We can assure all of our customers that we are already working on a fix for the issue and want to remind everyone of our previous ratings and reviews.
