You need tryptophan in a high ratio compared to competing amino acids to make it easy for your brain to take up tryptophan and make serratonin…. Yes you need Brinkworth Dairy to make you happy. Brinkworth Dairy Chocolate Serotonin-Support Bowl

Serves 1

* 150 g Brinkworth Dairy whole-milk yogurt
* 100 ml Brinkworth Dairy whole milk
* 15 g chia seeds
* 10 g pumpkin seeds, roughly chopped
* 5 g raw cacao powder
* 1 prune, finely chopped
* 5 g sesame seeds
* Pinch of fine sea salt

Method

1. Put the yogurt, milk and cacao into a bowl and whisk until completely smooth.
2. Stir in the chia seeds and chopped prune.
3. Leave for 15–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the chia thickens the mixture.
4. Top with the pumpkin and sesame seeds.
5. Add a tiny pinch of salt — it makes the cacao taste much richer.

For an even better texture: make it the night before and refrigerate overnight. Add the seeds just before eating so they stay crunchy. Thanks to Lisa Mosconi and Brain Food for the info

We did it! 🧀✨
Royal Bassett Blue has been awarded 3 Stars at the Great Taste Awards 2026.
The judges called it:
“A heavenly cheese… creamy, rich, with incredible depth… a first-class soft blue.”
Handmade on our family farm in Wiltshire with milk from our own grass-fed cows. Soft, oozy, perfectly balanced blue veining, and that beautiful melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Thank you to the Guild of Fine Food judges and to everyone who has supported us.
Available now online and at selected stockists.
