Paella

This is a dish that Eddy has been cooking way before Fade Projects even existed. It’s a dish we have cooked everywhere, from beaches, to remote fields, and even an industrial estate car park. Our paella pan collection has got out of hand, meaning we can cook paella for 2–60 people.

Tonight is our last big event of the season at Cherry Tree Farm | Croyde Camping and we are super excited to be cooking a seafood paella for our first ticketed event - which is SOLD OUT!
