Back at Trafford tomorrow, its been a while! Homemade British tomato soup with croutons and cheese.
Frosted Cinnamon buns, Chocolate black forest style chocolate cake served with Greek yogurt and coulis and rocky Rd...go on you deserve a treat 😊

Thanks to .birtwhistle. Homemade soft brown sugar.
200g sugar mixed with 15g treacle, microwave for 15 seconds et voila! Brown sugar for the filling in my cinnamon buns. Made up...will always make my own from now on! Thanks Nancy 😘

Its been a busy few weeks in Nellies Kitchen. Cooking in this heat is not always easy! Heres, a few photos. I'm now preparing for an event at Avro Heritage Museum on Sunday. Perhaps I'll see you there?

Its been a busy few days in the kitchen. Here's a few of the goodies I've been making. From chocolate banana cake to mini healthy 'snickers' bites (no added sugar) to party platters and cheeseboard.
To Landmark with the pod tomorrow. Along with the menu I gave a Butternut squash soup with sage & rosemary plus some potato wedges with the burgers. I've also gone crazy with the sprinkles for the Old Skool favourite cake 🍰

Trafford House tomorrow and Landmark on Thursday.
My only visit this month to Trafford. May seems to be the month for buffets and cream teas.ive been quiet on my socials as I've been busy with private functions. Heres a couple of my recent cakes.
Oh, I will have freshly baked cinnamon buns with the vanilla frosting on both days 😋
