After a while, regulars stop being just order numbers.
You know youāre truly part of the Chilli Grill family when you donāt even have to finish your sentenceā¦ We have so many moments where a regular walks through the door, starts telling my husband what theyād like, and before theyāve even finished ā heās already putting their usual through the till! š
He remembers the exact orders, the little adjustments, the extra sauces, and the things people always like to leave out.
And sometimes, you get a beautiful moment like this. Our lovely regular, Amir, was so over the moon with his food that he told us it was the ābest pizza in Elyā and gave my husband a massive hug! āØ
Itās these little things that might not look like much from the outside, but they are absolutely our favourite part of running a local, family takeaway. Youāre never just a ticket number at Chilli Grill ā you are part of the family.
