“Meet Your New General Manager 👋”
Hi, I’m Marine, and I’m delighted to introduce myself as the new General Manager of the three Arches.
I’m 36, originally from Paris, France, and I’ve called the UK home for the past 13 years. I have a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management and have spent the last 11 years working as a General Manager, leading high-volume Beefeater and Whitbread restaurants.
I’m incredibly excited to start this new chapter with Marston’s and to get to know our fantastic team, customers and local community. I’m passionate about hospitality, great food and, most importantly, creating a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Outside of work, I live in the beautiful village of Efail Isaf with my lovely partner, our two dogs and three cats! 🐶🐶🐱🐱🐱
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me enjoying a countryside walk, discovering great food or relaxing in a good country pub with homemade food and a welcoming atmosphere.
