It’s more than ‘just a run.’

Every Friday we come together for an easy 5K, but what really matters is everything that happens around it. The conversations, the laughs, the energy and the feeling of being around people who are simply there to enjoy themselves and connect.

There’s no pressure to be the fastest. No expectation to prove anything. Just an easy pace, good people and a space where you can switch off from everything else for a while.

You might come not knowing anyone and leave feeling like you’ve known people for years. You might come for the run and stay for the conversations. Or maybe you just need an hour in your week where you can breathe, move your body and feel good.

Everyone is welcome. Nobody gets left behind.

Looking for a New Home 🫐🍓🍵

Our LOVE LIVE LAB açaí & matcha bar is ready for its next adventure and we’re on the hunt for the perfect new home! Alongside serving healthy açaí bowls and matcha, we also sell Hardlines Coffee. Iced lattes, espressos, hot americanos, gluten free and vegan bakes 😍

We’ve had so many compliments and kind feedback of how it’s brought so much new energy and brightened up the street since it’s arrived. But we’ve recently been handed a notice from the Council as it’s apparently now had some complaints. So to avoid a £1000 fine today is officially the last day outside the Healing Hub 😅

As always, we’re seeing all of the positives! With this being another incredible opportunity to be able to branch out and reach even more of our collective community 🙌🏽
