TECHNICAL ISSUES TONIGHT at The Lodge

Thank you to all that came out to us at Red Lodge this Thursday and Friday we’ve met some lovely new customers and seen all the long timers!

We were met with challenges that led us to have to open up the dough roller but in just moments we managed to sort out the problem. It’s never just cooking for our customers, it’s all the behind the scenes stuff too, but why should prep work or maintenance increase the prices of the food we sell. We don’t plan on raising our prices anytime soon as all the new customers we make allow us to make more to cover the increases we see in our ingredients.

We love repairing the van, repairing the machines that help us deliver the product you guys enjoy from us. We love being inspired by others in the culinary world being able to bring you new delicious specials. We love watching our business grow and still be able to keep the price low. We love our customers and we promise with the upmost devotion to keep the show going through all the challenges.

The Pizza People are bringing Isleham a new pizza special this Wednesday.

Come down to The Griffin, Isleham 5-8pm we will be serving The Bel Esprit, a chunky tomato base with apple and harissa, chorizo and bramley sausage topped with mozzarella and chive. You could say… A taste sensation!!!

This is a limited number per night because it’s so special and we recommend putting in your orders early or even pre ordering.

Oh yeah it’s here!!! The Bel Esprit, Bramley Apple Sausage, on a chunky tomato sauce base with apple, harissa, chorizo cheese and chive.
