Ahhhhhh… SO close to the launch of The Pantry Hatch! 😍🤎
Thank you so much for your patience, because I know a lot of you have been asking when it’s happening. I promise you… very, very close now! 🥹
Everything has been purchased, including some absolutely gorgeous material for me to make my jam jar covers. 😍(And yes… I’m cutting all the fabric by hand! 😅😂) idiot!
Theres just some time going into the recipes now, cooking, tweaking and of course, plenty of taste testing. 🤭 I want to make sure everything is just right before I start taking your orders.
So, what are we going to have?
🍓 Jams
🥄 Chutneys
🍞 Breads
🧁 Scones
☕ Coffee syrups
🥣 Granola
🌿 And now… spice pots!
Think cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg etc. the perfect little porridge toppers. 🤎 And not just for porridge either… lovely on toast, pancakes, fruit or anything else you fancy adding a little bit of sweetness and spice to.
Honestly, every day I think of new things! It’s actually insane. There are so many ideas going around in my head and so many things I think would be lovely to make. But one thing I’ve learnt already is not to get too carried away and not take on too much. 😅 Because as much as I’d love to make absolutely everything, I have to remember that I have a day job, I’m a mum and I have a catering business, aswell as a diagnosis which gets in the way sometimes. life is already 100 miles an hour. So I’m trying to be sensible, start small, get everything right and then build from there. But I will do it.
The first batch of everything will be small and will be first come, first served. 🙌🏻
Once I can see how much of everything is needed, what you’re loving, what’s going quickly and what you’d like more of…we go again! 🙌🏻
That way I can get a proper feel for what you all want, rather than making loads of something and then finding out I should have made something completely different! 😂
I really want it to be full of lovely homemade things that you actually want to buy and enjoy at home made in small batches, with lots of care and, hopefully, a little bit of love in every single one. 🤎
So please bear with me for another week or two. I know it feels like I’ve been teasing this for ages. 😂

There’s a lot going into getting this right, alongside everything else I already have going on, but I’m SO excited to finally get The Pantry hatch up and running.
