We took another road trip to visit some of our suppliers today. First stop was colwithfarmdistillery where we learned all about their multiple award winning Aval Dor vodka. It’s a product that’s really in tune with our ethos at the Barrel; it’s Cornish, made with real care and passion and it tastes great.

Bodhi popped into the Barrel as part of his recovery from the 230km walk from Lands End to Bude raising money for Adsurf. We passed the hat round and in a few minutes raised over £100 to add to their amazing fundraising achievement.

What a weekend we’ve got lined up.

Kickstarting things on Friday at 7 PM, we are delighted to welcome back the Barrel Tappers. After a few weeks away, they’re back where they belong and ready to get the weekend moving.

Then on Sunday from 6 PM, we’re teaming up with Spare Peg Records for something special. Barrel favourite Gary McCausland is taking the stage for an evening of incredible live music. Expect a brilliant blend of folk, blues, and a fantastic atmosphere to close out your weekend.
