Things are moving along nicely at our new Broxburn shop! 🔨☕

The unit has now been completely stripped back and is ready for the fit-out to begin imminently. We’ve also had our Class 3 change of use approved in quick succession, meaning there will be no planning hold-ups to our opening!

We’ll keep sharing photos throughout the fit-out so you can follow the transformation as it happens.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Harris & Bo Coffee for amazing speciality coffee, outstanding cakes and plenty more! 🤎🐾

We just want to say a huge thank you to everyone for the incredible support and excitement over the last few days. We really do appreciate every message, comment and share—and we’re so excited to get started! 🤎

Here’s a look at our Day 1 progress: taking down the dividing wall and opening up the unit, ready for the fit-out to begin. 🔨

We’ve also received a few questions:

👥 Recruitment
When we’re ready to start hiring for the new location, vacancies will be announced first on our social media pages—so keep an eye out!

☕ Opening date
We don’t have a firm date just yet, as we’re waiting on council approval for a few changes to the unit. However, we’re extremely confident that we’ll be open before the end of 2026, with November onwards being our current target.

Thank you for joining us on this journey. We can’t wait to welcome you to Harris & Bo Coffee! 🐾☕

🔑☕ HELLO BROXBURN — HARRIS & BO COFFEE IS COMING TO GREENDYKES ROAD! 🐾

We’re very excited to finally introduce ourselves properly.

We are Harris & Bo Coffee, an independent, dog-friendly coffee business currently operating from our coffee pod at Auldcathie Park in Winchburgh — and we’re now getting ready to open our next location at:

📍 7 Greendykes Road, Broxburn

Our new shop will be a proper sit-in Harris & Bo, bringing you speciality coffee, hot and iced drinks, matcha, seasonal favourites, cakes, pastries and a small food menu, all in a relaxed and welcoming space.

We’ve got plenty of work ahead before the doors open, but we’ll be sharing the whole journey here as we transform the unit and get everything ready.

So if you’re local to Broxburn, Uphall or nearby, give the page a follow, share it with your friends and come along for the ride.

We can’t wait to meet you.

Harris & Bo Coffee – Greendykes Road. Coming soon. ☕🐾
