I’ll miss this view!🥲 We’re home sweet home now. We’ve had the most amazing week (apart from the heartbreaking news about my friend passing 😢 💔)
I know some people will think I’m mad closing the shop / business for a week, but the team needed a break. It’ll do us the world of good. And as a business owner, being able to completely switch off was just what I needed. I’ve already started planning for next week - ordered £600+ of baking supplies 🥴 so hope you’re all ready for a cake fix next week! For now though I’m still in holiday mode and will enjoy the rest of my weekend 😆

I’m still in awe at this 🥹 We’re so lucky to experience this and give our children these memories. We bought our little boat last year and it was no more expensive than a caravan… for us it’s one of the best things we’ve ever purchased. 🐬 if you’re thinking about it and are in the position to do so - just do it. You won’t look back.

Core memories being made right now. Live every day like it’s your last. You never know what’s around the corner. Never know when your last day is coming. Yesterday a very close friend of mine passed away. I knew her since I was 18 years old and she was 19. She’d want me to enjoy my holiday so I’m trying by best. We’ve just had a pod of dolphins swim along side our little rib 🚤
