Some big news from the Uncle Wah family 🥟

Our North Street location will be closing its doors on Sunday 1st March

The Uncle behind it all — the one who helped us launch this little spot and has been handmaking dimsum from the very beginning - is retiring and heading off to be closer to his grandchildren. We couldn’t be happier for him, even if we’re a little sad to say goodbye to the original location.

The good news? Our Gloucester Road Uncle Wah isn’t going anywhere. Head to 193 Gloucester Road for your dimsum fix - Our other uncle is still back there, doing what he does best, one handmade dumpling at a time.

And there’s more good news...

North Street won’t stay quiet for long. Our owner is relaunching the space as - a Vietnamese noodle bar inspired by their Vietnamese and Chinese heritage. Think steaming bowls of Beef Pho, Prawn Summer Rolls, and (if we can sneak them in) Banh Mi.
