East Restaurant first opened in September 2001 and prides itself on providing good quality Pan Asian cuisine freshly prepared by a dedicated team of Thai chefs with service that is second to none. Situated on the upper deck of a Dutch barge moored on the River Nene at the Town Bridge, East offers a fusion of dishes from Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and China.
