What a beautiful day the 30th of August was!

I had the absolute pleasure of delivering this showstopper wedding cake to the magnificent Old Palace at Hatfield House for Samantha and Jonathan’s wedding.

A beautiful church ceremony, a spectacular setting and the most wonderful day for such a lovely couple.

It was an absolute joy to create this cake and be a small part of their special day.

I’m absolutely delighted to announce that Cake Cuisine is a finalist in The Wedding Industry Awards 2027!

A HUGE thank you to all my wonderful couples who took the time to vote for me and share their experiences. I’ve been completely overwhelmed by the incredible response and the number of you who supported me.

My couples have played such a big part in getting me this far, and I really can’t thank you all enough.

After more than 30 years of making wedding cakes, it’s such a lovely feeling to receive this recognition.

32 years ago, my dad drew the Cake Cuisine logo for me, inspired by a photograph of one of my very first wedding cakes. Little did I know then that wedding cakes would become such a huge part of my life.

32 years later, that same little drawing is still my logo and means more to me than ever.

So you can imagine how I felt when my wonderful friend Grace Candy Wedding Studios // Statement Stationery Styling surprised me at the Mulberry House Wedding Show with this beautiful banner she had made for me. Seeing Dad’s drawing there, all these years later, genuinely brought a tear to my eye.

From the very beginning, you had such a clear and beautiful vision, and I was delighted to bring your ideas to life with a cake that was truly spectacular.

You were a joy to work with, and I thoroughly enjoyed creating every detail for your special day.
