Ramadan Soup from Blessed land of Yemen

All in 1 soup . protein and fiber full delish soup

to make this you need

1 big onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves
1tsp cumin powder+ coriander powder+ Turmeric powder
salt to taste ( I used more than 1tsp)

2tbs tomato paste
3 tomato puree

1cup of broken wheat ( soaked it in warm water for 1 hour)

500g meat

10 cups of water ( over 2 liters)

Mince meat Sambusa Qeema Samosas

✅ Ingredients for filling

🔻550g qeema/mince meat
🔻1 medium potato (optional)
🔻1c green peas
🔻3 medium onions
🔻1/2c coriander leaves
🔻5 garlic
🔻3/4c oil
🔻2tsp red chili powder
🔻2tsp peprika
🔻1 1/2tsp cumin powder
🔻1tsp turmeric
🔻1tsp b pepper
🔻1 1/2tsp coriander powder
🔻salt to taste
🔻2" cinnamon sticks
🔻1/2 water

☑️ For samosa dough

🔻300g flour
🔻5tbsp ghee/oil
🔻1 1/2tsp whole cumin
🔻1 1/2tps salt

This Soft Cheese Drop Fruit Tray bake is so refreshing and tasty

🔻 Ingredients:

3 eggs (M)

180 grams sugar

200ml milk

200ml vegetable oil

370 gr flour

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2tsp baking powder

1tsp vanilla

Any fruit (I used strawberries and blueberries)

🔻Also:

250g Cream cheese

Alternatively, you can use strained yogurt or Labneh

55 gr sugar (3 tablespoons)

1 egg (M)

🔻Instructions:

All ingredients should be at room temperature!

Mix the flour, starch, and baking powder and set aside.

Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until frothy.

Pour in the vegetable oil and milk and mix. Add the flour mixture and mix. Grease a baking pan (30x40cm) and spread the batter evenly on it, then add the fruit on top.

Mix the quark, sugar, and eggs until smooth and spread it over the cake using a tablespoon. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees
for 35-40 minutes.

Ingredients you will need

🔻 For Yogurt dressing

2 cups of Greek Yoghurt
1/2 cup of cream
1tbs sugar
1/2tsp cinnamon

🔻 Fruit

Strawberries 🍓
Grapes 🍇
Banana 🍌
Apple 🍎
Date
Pomegranate
Walnuts
1tbs of lemon juice

Wash and cut the fruit as you wish. Put it in a big mixing bowl and add Yoghurt dressing. mix everything and that's it. Easy recipe for Ramadan or if you are trying to lose weight.

Soft Cheese Drop and Fruit Cake

🔻 اجزاء:
3 انڈے
چینی 180 گرام
200 ملی لیٹر دودھ
200 ملی لیٹر ویجی ٹیبل تیل
370 گرام آٹا
2 کھانے کے چمچ کارن اسٹارچ
2 چمچ بیکنگ پاؤڈر
1 چمچ ونیلا
کوئی بھی پھل (میں نے اسٹرابیری اور بلوبیری استعمال کیں)
🔻یہ بھی:
250 گرام کریم چیز
متبادل کے طور پر، آپ دہی یا لبنے استعمال کر سکتے ہیں۔
55 گرام چینی (3 کھانے کے چمچ)
1 انڈا

🔻ہدایات: تمام اجزاء کو کمرے کے درجہ حرارت پر ہونا چاہئے!

میدہ، نشاستہ اور بیکنگ پاؤڈر ملا کر ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔ انڈے، چینی اور ونیلا کو جھاگ ہونے تک ہلائیں۔ سبزیوں کے تیل اور دودھ میں ڈالیں اور مکس کریں۔ آٹے کا مرکب شامل کریں اور مکس کریں۔ بیکنگ پین (30x40cm) کو چکنائی دیں اور اس پر بلے باز کو یکساں طور پر پھیلائیں، پھر اوپر پھل ڈالیں۔ کوارک، چینی اور انڈوں کو ہموار ہونے تک مکس کریں اور ایک چمچ کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے اسے کیک پر پھیلا دیں۔ کیک کو پہلے سے گرم اوون میں 180 ڈگری پر بیک کریں۔ 35-40 منٹ کے لئے.

▪️ 160 میدہ
▪️ 10 گرام کسٹرڈ پاؤڈر
▪️ 15 گرام پسے ہوئے بادام
▪️ 1چائے کا چمچ بیکنگ پاؤڈر
▪️ 3 درمیانے انڈے
▪️30 ملی لیٹر دودھ

✴️ Using a 1lb loaf tin to bake, bake it for 35 minutes or according to your oven temperature.
