After much thought, it is with a heavy heart that I have made the difficult decision to put Greys up for sale due to an ongoing ankle injury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to own a well-established coffee shop in a prime village location. The business comes with a 101-year lease and is being sold with all fixtures and fittings, making it ready for a new owner to step in and continue its success from day one.

Greys has been a wonderful part of the community, and I would love to see it continue to thrive under new ownership.
