🌿 Could you help make a difference for people living with FND? 🌿

I run a support group for people living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and I’m looking to connect with kind-hearted professionals, therapists, practitioners and local businesses who may be willing to donate a little of their time or expertise to our community.

We would love to hear from anyone who could offer a complimentary session, workshop or introduction to services that may support wellbeing and relaxation, such as:

🧘 Mindfulness
🌿 Relaxation and breathing techniques
💆 Relaxation therapies
🧠 Stress-management techniques
🧘‍♀️ Gentle movement or yoga
🌸 Wellbeing and self-care sessions
✨ Other complementary wellbeing approaches

Even offering one session, a short workshop, or an hour of your time could make a real difference to someone living with FND.

We’re not looking for anything elaborate — just people who genuinely want to give something back and help our community access experiences that may support their wellbeing.

If you are a practitioner, therapist, wellbeing professional or business who might be interested in supporting our group, please get in touch. We would love to hear from you.

And if you know someone who may be able to help, please feel free to share this post or tag them below. 💚

Thank you for helping us build a supportive and compassionate community for people living with FND.
