Just a few tips from us to you!

Cold butter to us just handles everything so much better than soft butter. Plus no mess and the entire butter block is used easy peasy!

Is there anything better than a cookie with Callebaut?! Now this is no shade to anyone who doesn’t use them but we LOVE using Callebaut in brownies, cake making and our cookies…. Duh!

Something that I find the best about this job is being able to be creative in the kitchen with flavours. I mean look at the apple crumble! That was something made from an idea! Playing around in the kitchen is truly an amazing experience, I definitely recommend it!

We use a different temperature for our minis just to avoid them being crispy cookies! The lower temperature helps them to remain soft 😁

We are all set up for the first Hadleigh farmers market located at Hadleigh Old Fire Station! Pop on down for some amazing crafts, food and….. cookies, duh!

We are located right at the back but you won’t be able to miss our gazebo! Brings family, bring friends, bring coworkers and let’s make this the best farmers market today!!!
