We’re not saying we stood around admiring this cake for far too long before cutting it, but... we absolutely did. 😍

This week’s showstopper is a Lemon & Pistachio Cake – light, zesty lemon sponge, topped with creamy frosting, pistachios and the prettiest little flowers. Honestly, it’s almost too beautiful to eat.

Almost.

Pop in while there’s still a slice (or two) left and treat yourself to a little sunshine on a plate. ☀️🍰
