750mL d’eau
10-12g de thé
6 à 8h au réfrigérateur en première infusion
10h au réfrigérateur en seconde infusion
Selon la qualité du thé, une 3e infusion est possible.

Preferably in a glass container:
750 mL of water
10–12 g of tea
6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator for the first infusion
10 hours in the refrigerator for the second infusion
Depending on the quality of the tea, a third infusion may also be possible.
