C'est avec un mélange de dégoût et de colère que nous nous adressons à vous aujourd'hui. Une fois de plus, notre restaurant a été victime de vols, entre le fin de service ce samedi midi et dimanche après-midi et cette fois-ci, c'est trop difficile à supporter. Plus de 300€ -350€ de boissons ont été dérobées, et ce n'est pas tout. Notre précieuse "buvette" historique a été endommagée. C'est un véritable coup dur pour notre petite entreprise familiale qui, déjà fragilisée, a ouvert ses portes pour la première fois il y a tout juste quelques mois. Notre but a toujours été de rendre chacun bienvenu, quel que soit son niveau de revenu ou sa situation familiale.
Nous aspirions à devenir un point central de la communauté locale en offrant gracieusement un espace aux associations pour leurs réunions et clubs. Chaque vol comme celui-ci nous empêche de proposer des événements communautaires, car à chaque fois que nous réussissons à économiser suffisamment pour organiser quelque chose de spécial, nous devons annuler nos projets pour reconstituer notre stock de base.
Nous préférons sincèrement que notre stock nous soit restitué. Si cela est fait en totalité avant la soirée du mardi 25, nous n'engagerons pas de poursuites. Toutefois, après cette date, nous ferons en sorte que les voleurs soient remis aux autorités compétentes. Nous offrons une récompense pour toute information qui mènera au retour de notre stock et à l'appréhension des criminels impliqués.
En tant que petite entreprise, chaque perte est lourde de conséquences pour nous, et cela nuit à notre objectif de soutenir et de rassembler la communauté locale. Nous espérons que vous nous aiderez à retrouver ce qui nous a été dérobé et à rendre justice à notre buvette bien-aimée.

It is with a mix of disgust and anger that we address you today. Once again, our restaurant has fallen victim to theft, between the end of service this Saturday lunch and Sunday afternoon and this time, it is too difficult to bear. Over 300€-350€ worth of drinks have been stolen, and that's not all. Our precious historic 'buvette' has also been damaged. It's a real blow for our small family business, which was already struggling and opened its doors for the first time just a few months ago. Our goal has always been to make everyone feel welcome, regardless of their income level or family situation.
We had hoped to become a focal point in the local community by graciously offering space for associations to hold their meetings and clubs. Each theft like this prevents us from organizing community events since every time we manage to save enough to plan something special, we have to cancel those plans to replenish our basic stock.
We sincerely prefer that our stock be returned to us. If it is returned in full before the evening of Tuesday, 25th, we will not press charges. However, after this date, we will ensure that the thieves are appropriately dealt with by the authorities. We are offering a reward for any information that leads to the return of our stock and the apprehension of the criminals involved.
As a small business, every loss has significant consequences for us, and it hinders our goal of supporting and bringing together the local community. We hope that you will help us recover what was stolen and bring justice to our beloved 'buvette.'
