Ce jeudi 3 septembre sera la dernière semaine de notre menu d’été au marché d’Eymet.

Je vais ensuite prendre une pause bien méritée avant de vous retrouver au marché d’Eymet le jeudi 24 septembre, avec un nouveau menu sans gluten aux saveurs d’automne.

Le menu exact reste encore à décider, mais attendez-vous à de belles saveurs de saison…

C’est donc votre dernière occasion de venir goûter quelque chose de différent et de tester l’un de mes burgers vegan gourmets, qui ont rencontré un TRÈS grand succès !

Un immense merci à toutes les personnes qui ont pris le temps de faire spécialement le déplacement pour venir me voir, et tout particulièrement à celles qui sont venues me dire merci. Ça me touche vraiment beaucoup. ☺️

This Thursday, 3 September, will be the last week of our summer menu at Eymet market.

I’ll then be taking a much-needed break before returning to Eymet market on Thursday 24 September with an Autumn gluten-free menu — the exact menu is still to be decided, but you can expect plenty of seasonal goodness.

Nous sommes toujours sur notre menu d’été — et pour tous ceux qui nous demandent quand les fameux sausage rolls seront de retour… à l’automne ! 🍂

Dès que les températures seront plus adaptées à la pâtisserie, ils reviendront. Des mains chaudes + une atmosphère chaude = des problèmes de pâte ! 😂

Thursday morning — Eymet weekly market - It’s Apero Time!

I’ll be at the market as usual with a delicious selection of 100% gluten-free goodies:

🥖 Fresh gluten-free bread
🧀 Savoury muffins
🧁 Scones
🍫 And something seriously decadent… my NEW Mexican Hot Chocolate GF Brownie 🌶️🍫

Then Thursday evening, I’ll be at the last (sadly!) Apéro Cadix 💔🍹 bringing you fresh, tasty VEGAN street food!

🍔 Gourmet Vegan Burger
A tender vegan patty nestled in a vegan brioche bun with crisp salad, onion frites, vegan cheddar, pickles and sauces — plus jalapeños if you dare! 🌶️🔥

OR…

🌯 Crispy Tofu Shawarma Wrap
Tofu marinated in vegan yoghurt, spices and a secret ingredient, then griddled and wrapped in a soft tortilla with fresh herby salad and my homemade house sauce.

Plus, there will be some gluten-free savoury muffins available too!

Jeudi matin — marché hebdomadaire d’Eymet - C’est l’heure de l’apéro ! 🍸✨

Je serai au marché comme d’habitude avec une sélection de délicieuses gourmandises 100 % sans gluten :

🍫 Et quelque chose de vraiment décadent… mon NOUVEAU brownie sans gluten façon chocolat chaud mexicain 🌶️🍫

Puis jeudi soir, rendez-vous au dernier Apéro Cadix de la saison (malheureusement !) 💔🍹 pour une street food VEGAN, fraîche et pleine de saveurs !

Un délicieux steak végétal dans un pain brioché vegan, avec salade croquante, oignons frits, cheddar vegan, cornichons et sauces — avec des jalapeños pour les plus courageux ! 🌶️🔥

OU…

🌯 Wrap Shawarma de Tofu Croustillant
Tofu mariné dans un yaourt vegan, des épices et un ingrédient secret, puis grillé et enveloppé dans une tortilla moelleuse avec une salade fraîche aux herbes et ma sauce maison.

Et bien sûr, quelques muffins salés sans gluten seront également disponibles !

Oh, what a night! 💚

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who visited my vegan street food stall at Eymet Night Market last night.

I was absolutely blown away by how many of you came! It means such a lot to me, and your support for my little business is so genuinely appreciated.

Next stop: Apéro Cadix! 🌅

Join me on Thursday evening, next to Château d’Eymet, for a relaxed summer evening. Grab a rosé slushie (just leave some for me! 😉), enjoy the live music, then dance the sun down to classic tunes from the ’70s through to the 2000s with the fantastic Wholly Vinyl DJs.

For my gluten-free clients, I’ll be at Eymet market on Thursday morning with a selection of savoury vegetarian gluten-free apéro bites, artisan breads, and, of course… those fudgy brownies. 🍞🍫

Petit Four7 will be at the Eymet Marché Nocturne on Tuesday evening, alongside my usual gluten-free market stall at Eymet Market on Thursday morning, serving up some seriously tasty plant-based street food!

🔥 Gourmet Plant-Based Burgers A juicy plant based patty made with vegetables, legumes and seeds, topped with crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, pickles, crispy onions, jalapeños and plant-based cheddar, all served in a toasted vegan bun. Finish it your way with ketchup, mustard or Hellmann's Vegan Mayo.

🌯 Crispy Tofu Shawarma Wraps Organic tofu marinated in a blend of aromatic spices and vegan yoghurt, wrapped in a soft flour tortilla with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, fresh herb salad and a delicious house sauce.

Then on Thursday evening, you'll find me at the excellent Apéro Cadix, serving more delicious plant-based and vegetarian dishes for you to enjoy while soaking up the atmosphere, live music and, of course...

And when the sun goes down, get ready to dance as the Wholly Vinyl DJs bring you the very best old-school tunes from the 70s through to the 00s.

🎉 Joyeux anniversaire, Petit Four7 ! 🎉

Il y a un an aujourd’hui, je réalisais un rêve en lançant Petit Four7.

Cette première année en tant qu’entrepreneure a été une sacrée aventure. Des départs à l’aube, des soirées qui n’en finissent plus, la création de nouvelles recettes gourmandes… le tout au milieu de montagnes de paperasse et de vaisselle !

J’ai fait de très belles rencontres, fidélisé une clientèle formidable, essayé de nouveaux marchés et quitté ceux qui n’étaient tout simplement pas faits pour moi.

J’ai été accueillie avec tellement de gentillesse par les commerçants des marchés de Cancon et d’Eymet, qui m’ont fait sentir comme l’une des leurs.

Cette année, Petit Four7 est aussi passé de la boulangerie-pâtisserie artisanale 100 % sans gluten à la cuisine de rue végétale lors des marchés nocturnes.

Tout au long de cette aventure, je suis restée fidèle à mes valeurs, aussi bien personnelles que professionnelles : utiliser des emballages recyclés et/ou compostables, limiter le gaspillage alimentaire et soutenir les producteurs locaux.

Et tout cela au cœur du Sud-Ouest de la France, où le canard et le foie gras sont rois !

Rien ne me fait plus plaisir que de voir les gens apprécier ce que je prépare. À toutes les personnes qui sont passées sur mon stand, qui ont acheté mes produits, parlé de Petit Four7 autour d’elles, partagé mes publications ou simplement m’ont encouragée… merci du fond du cœur. Votre soutien compte énormément pour moi.

Joyeux premier anniversaire, Petit Four7 ! À cette deuxième année : qu’elle soit un peu plus facile, un peu plus prospère et tout aussi riche en créativité. 🥂💚

A year ago today, I turned a dream into reality with the launch of Petit Four7.

My first year as an entrepreneur has been quite a ride. Early starts, late nights, creating tasty recipes, all amidst piles of admin and mountains of washing up.

I’ve met some amazing people, built up a loyal customer base, tried new markets, and quietly said goodbye to the ones that clearly weren’t the right fit.

I’ve been welcomed with such kindness by the French market traders in Cancon and Eymet, who have made me feel like one of the family.

This year has also seen Petit Four7 grow from artisan gluten-free baked goods to serving plant-based street food at local night markets.

Throughout it all, I’ve stayed true to my business and personal values: using recycled and compostable packaging wherever possible, minimising food waste, and supporting local producers.

All of this in the heart of rural south-west France, where duck and foie gras are eaten in abundance!

Nothing makes me happier than seeing people enjoy my food. To everyone who has visited my stall, bought my products, recommended me to friends, shared my posts, or simply encouraged me along the way… thank you. Your support means more than you know.

Happy first anniversary, Petit Four7. Here’s to Year Two being a little easier, a little more profitable, and just as full of creativity. 🥂💚
