🇵🇭 Tourism isn’t always about museums or arts, it is also very much about heritage, and food is a part of cultural heritage.

Like French cuisine is a world-known heritage, we hope our Filipino food truck will make our clients in such an excitement about this culture, they’re hoping to go see the country itself.

Moreover, the Philippines could benefit economically from this particular aspect of globalization : gastrodiplomacy.

🇵🇭 For the menu, we have carefully selected classical Filipino dishes, desserts and drinks. We provide 3 different dishes but all authentic, which are Noodles (pancit), Adobo and Egg Rolls (lumpia).

Customers can also choose the vegetarian versions according to their needs. Caramel topping pudding and fruit topping pudding that we provide are the most popular desserts in the Philippines.

And for drinks, we offer local beer and soda which can give people a new impression of these two accustomed beverages. Moreover, we offer Taho, a beloved and typical Filipino drink consisting of tapioca and tofu.

🇵🇭 We won't necessarily talk about fusion cuisine which is a culinary mode confronting several foreign cultures or techniques. On the contrary, we will do everything to implant the different techniques and cultures of the Philippines. Sharing Filipino know-hows and traditions is what motivated the five of us.

Authenticity is one of our primary criterias. We wish to reveal the true identity of the Philippines through its gastronomy. In our food truck, no eccentricities, only quality and conviviality.

It is a real challenge to set up a Filipino food truck here in order to highlight the openness to authentic cuisine that we find in France.

🇵🇭 Filipino food is less well-known than other Asian cuisines but with a better understanding of the culture, we have managed to preserve the authenticity of Filipino cuisine through a menu of our food truck carefully curated and filled with local dishes. A menu that we are going to present to you later on.

Each dish represents all the multicultural influences that the country has acquired through the years and the specific ingredients of each region of the Philippines. Through our dishes, we hope that our customers have a better understanding of Filipino cuisine.
