I am proud to mark the successful conclusion of the Global Female Entrepreneurs Education Empowerment Program (GFEEP) Ethiopia Training Program. As one of the participants, I feel truly honored and grateful to have been part of this meaningful journey.

The program, implemented under the framework of the Beijing Action Plan (2025–2027) of the Forum on China–Africa Cooperation and the Global Development Initiative, brought together 66 entrepreneurs, more than 90% of whom were women, from diverse sectors including agriculture, finance, manufacturing, and e-commerce. This diversity created a rich learning environment that strongly reflected educational empowerment, capacity building, and cross-sector collaboration.

Through this training, I gained systematic business knowledge, practical insights, and a renewed way of thinking that will positively shape my entrepreneurial journey. Beyond skills and knowledge, the program also strengthened people-to-people cooperation and friendship between China and Ethiopia, which I believe is one of its most lasting and valuable impacts.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia, China Civil Engineering Corporation (CCECC) Ethiopia, the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce, and the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce for their strong support and commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs.

Notably, this training also provided a valuable opportunity for my company to engage with China Civil Engineering Corporation (CCECC), leading to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)-a meaningful step toward practical and sustainable cooperation.

During the program, I was also honored to receive two recognitions, which I consider a meaningful acknowledgment of my participation, commitment, and performance throughout the training.

This program has demonstrated that empowering women truly means empowering the future. I hope this impactful model will continue to expand, enabling more women entrepreneurs to access global opportunities and contribute to inclusive growth and international collaboration.

☕ Coffee Intake Guide for Teenagers & Adults

For Teenagers:

- Recommended: 1 small cup per day
- Best time: Morning only to avoid sleep issues
- Avoid after 2–3 PM
- Too much can cause anxiety, fast heartbeat, restlessness, and affect healthy sleep

For Adults:

- Safe amount: 2–3 cups per day
