What a privilege to be in Monrovia, Liberia, representing Momentous Trading PLC | YAD Coffee at the 7th Prosperity Africa Conference (PAC7)!

The conference officially opened with distinguished leaders, including Hon. Stephen Marka Yekeson Jr., Acting Minister of Commerce and Industry of Liberia; O. Natty B. Davis II, President of the Liberia Chamber of Commerce; Mamadou Baldé, President of PACCI; and Kebour Ghenna, Executive Director of PACCI, alongside other government officials and business leaders.

I am grateful for this valuable opportunity, supported by Experts France and the ECOTRADE Programme, to connect with entrepreneurs, investors, and trade stakeholders who share a vision of a more prosperous and economically integrated Africa.

🇪🇹☕ Celebrating Ethiopian Coffee on the International Stage! 🇷🇼

Looking back on a memorable milestone at the 29th Rwanda International Trade Fair (RITF 2026), I am honored to have represented Ethiopia alongside 19 Ethiopian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at this remarkable international trade event.

It was a privilege to welcome H.E. Mr. Antoine Kajangwe, Rwanda’s Minister of Trade and Industry, and H.E. Ambassador Mesfin Gebremariam, Ethiopia’s Ambassador to Rwanda, to the Ethiopian Pavilion, where they experienced the rich flavors of YAD Coffee and the beauty of our traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony. ☕🇪🇹

Beyond the business opportunities, what made my experience in Rwanda truly unforgettable was its wonderful people. ❤️🇷🇼 I was deeply touched by their warm hospitality, friendliness, humility, and respect. Their warmth and welcoming spirit reminded me of the strong sense of community we cherish in Ethiopia. I developed a genuine affection for Rwanda and its people, and the experience left me with beautiful memories and a lasting connection to this remarkable country.

Three intensive days of learning, networking, knowledge-sharing, and valuable site visits through the UNCTAD/AfCFTA Secretariat National Capacity-Building Workshop on AfCFTA Implementation, with a focus on SPS Compliance for Improved Trade.

It was a demanding but highly rewarding experience, with practical insights that will strengthen my understanding of SPS requirements and support greater access to regional and international markets.

A sincere thank you to UNCTAD, the AfCFTA Secretariat, and ECCSA for organizing this valuable program and bringing together expertise, partnerships, and practical opportunities for businesses.

It was a pleasure to be part of the “Big Market for All: Export to China” Ethiopia Session in Addis Ababa on August 19, 2026.

The event was a great opportunity to connect with businesses and key stakeholders through B2B networking, business matchmaking, and the signing of MoUs between Ethiopian and Chinese companies. 🤝
