🇪🇸Nos complace compartir que, la pasada semana, Bianco participó en el prestigioso certamen Madrid Fusión y que, entre 60 participantes que representaban lo más alto de la gastronomía en España, fuimos seleccionados como uno de los seis finalistas.

Celebrado en la península, el evento fue una experiencia vibrante y exigente, en la que nuestro chef, Manuel Rando, elaboró cada plato en directo, transmitiendo la energía, la dedicación y la pasión con las que estamos dando forma a nuestro nuevo menú.

Queremos agradecer sinceramente a la organización por una cita tan inspiradora y felicitar con admiración al ganador con dos estrellas Michelin, Smoked Room del Grupo Dani Garcia, así como a restaurante Atrio Cáceres, distinguido con el premio al Mejor Maridaje y orgulloso poseedor de tres estrellas Michelin.

🇬🇧We’re delighted to share that, last week, Bianco took part in the Madrid Fusión competition, and among 60 contestants representing the very highest standard of gastronomy in Spain, we were selected as one of just six finalists.

Hosted on the Spanish mainland, the event was a thrilling showcase of talent and ambition. Our chef, Manuel Rando, prepared each dish live, bringing to every plate the same energy, precision, and passion that are shaping the next chapter of our menu.

Our sincere thanks go to the organisers for such an exceptional competition, and our warmest congratulations to the two-Michelin-star winner Smoked Room by Dani Garcia Group, as well as to Atrio Caceres restaurant, awarded Best Wine Pairing and proudly holding three Michelin stars.
