Come to Torphins Market at Platform 22 this Wednesday, October the 7th and when you fill your tote bag with vegetables, eggs, fish, bread and tasty bakes make sure to leave a little room for a small box of indulgence. While other artisans are performing their magic, I'm carefully arranging rows of glossy, hand-rolled chocolate ganache. Every single truffle tells a story of patience... Scottish cream, fruit, berries, spices and even favourite spirits to create flavours you simply cannot find on a grocery store shelf.
Traditional truffles, chocolate cheese truffles and dairy free truffles (pre-order ONLY) will be there on Wednesday.

Come and join me at Torphins Market at Platform 22 this Wednesday, August the 26th.

I will bring traditional truffles as well as chocolate cheese truffles.

Cheese truffles menu for this week is:
Plum, pineapple and cheddar
Gouda and pistachio
Emmental and mango
Hard goats cheese and banana

As I've been asked before I made a small range of dairy free truffles which includes

Hot chocolate and halva
Black currant and pear
Passion fruit
Mango and raspberry
Blueberry and banana
Plum and black pepper

I will not carry the stock with me as part of a regular range, these truffle are available for pre order only
