Today is Orange W**e Day!

Made from white grapes, orange w**e ferments in contact with the grape skins. This gives it golden to amber hues, a fuller flavour and a distinctive tannic texture.

At SALU RESTAURANT | GRILL & W**E | BENALMADENA you can discover two different expressions of this style.

• Alma Sana, Toni Beneito — Valencia, Spain
Made from the local Tortosí grape, with aromas of ripe apple, pear and dried fruit. A rich, rounded texture balanced by bright acidity (Bodega Toni Beneito)

• Ribolla Gialla Riserva, Primosic — Collio, Italy
Around four weeks of skin contact give this w**e its deep amber colour. Notes of apricot, green tea and orange peel, with a dry palate and a lingering finish (Primosic W**es)
